Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns（Unless there is an issue with the product）.

If you’re unhappy with your final product, please reach out to us — we genuinely want to make it right. Whether it’s a revision, replacement, or other solution, we’ll do our best to ensure you’re satisfied with your custom piece.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations within 14 days of delivery:

• You received the wrong product, size, or artwork
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• Missing item(s) in your package

In these cases, we’ll either refund your order or send you a replacement at no cost.
please contact us by email before returning or exchanging the product.
Items be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

We are fully dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, we will notify you via email. You will have 2 days to either send us your edit requests or approve the portrait for printing. If we do not hear from you within those 2 days, we will consider it approved and proceed with printing.

We are pleased to offer unlimited revisions at no additional charge, so you can feel confident that you will love your portrait.
